We interrupt series five with two important announcements! One, here is a new model by our friend STEVO (responsible for the recent Earthbound EBpunx series) based on The Legend of Zelda hero, Link. He also made the cool promo image you see above. Awesome! Download now!

The other announcement concerns my OMEGAFAUST model from series two. How this happened baffles me, seeing as how myself and a few others built the model without issue, but somehow someway, page 5 of the model was not scaled correctly, the shoulders were just too small for the body. The one I built from my template came out fine, and some of the instances I have seen on the web appear fine. I noticed this issue when working on the new OMEGAFAUST version for series five. The small illustration of the front of the completed model was somehow shifted too far to the left causing it to print incorrectly. Maybe the people who built it without issue noticed this, but didn’t mention it to me. I am deeply sorry if I wasted anybody’s ink! I have made and uploaded 100 + models, hopefully this one mistake will be my last. Like I said, I am still baffled by this, how on Earth did I build the model without issue, then upload a broken template? We may never know.

Boxpunx series five number five: Alien girl. Like the four models before this one she too has a Space helmet. Not every model in the series has a helmet, but a handful of them do. The next four models all have helmets too, but their helmets are not separate pieces. You’ll see.

Ah, to be in financial trouble in America, the joy. Our society here has done an excellent job of once they put you in debt, you stay there for a while. Trying to cover all the expenses for moving is killing me. It’s like everything in the modern world costs $1000. It’s totally disgusting, if only for the simple reason that NOTHING is worth $1000. Endless greed. God bless this stupid place.

The fact that I am two inches away from being homeless, coupled with the OMEGAFAUST mistake has put me in a very gloomy mood today. I am so stressed out over not having enough money to do what I “need” to do, who knows when I will actually get around to cutting out the series five models. They are all complete and printed out, on the last leg of ink and paper that I had. When will I be able to buy more? Probably not for a while.

So many new games coming out and I can’t afford any of them. It’s times like this I wish I hadn’t bought as many games in the past as I have, but it’s too late for that now. I know, I am rambling, but I guess the point is SAVE YOUR MONEY. Life throws unexpected things at you from time to time, and it’s definitely much easier if you have some money in the bank.

I started working less in order to work on creating things more, and even though the creations themselves seem to have succeeded, I have not. It looks like after series five is done I have to go back to working 12 hour days every day which I fear will shut everything down again like it has in the past. Oh well, the ride has been fun and if I don’t fail to pay the fee for maintaining my site, it will continue to exist, and hopefully occasionally I will make a new model. Just not all the time like I have been doing recently.

Tis sad, it’s almost like I am talking about the end of Boxpunx, luckily it can never end, but if I don’t find a way to make more money soon, my production will inevitably come to a halt while I dedicate all my time to working for the man again. Sigh…
