The district sleeps alone tonight
I received another model from someone out there, this time from a gentleman by the name of Fabian Ong. Thanks Fabian! Download this model, and any other models made by others in the “Friends” section of the Boxpunx official site. Click the image above to be taken straight there. Feel free to grab a blank template while you are there. They are free! Then again everything at the boxpunx website is free!
Boxpunx series five number six: Pink space ranger. Just a simple design with the intent to recolor. There are four rangers in all, and each one has a companion robot. One of the reasons I made this series 24 models is because I knew I would be making some recolors, so I wouldn’t be accused of trying to “get off easy” hehe. The pretentious papercraft police is always watching you know…
I am in the mood for some Postal Service.
My last girlfriend made me a copy of this CD just before we broke up. I am so grateful because it is such a great album with so many wonderful tracks. One song in particular spoke volumes about our relationship. It’s called “Nothing Better”. It’s a pretty, somewhat sad, but quite clever and almost humorous song. This is a homemade video, an official one does not seem to exist. Surprise surprise.
Here’s the first song I heard by them, it’s called “The Dream of Evan and Chan”. They recorded this under the name DNTEL, but it’s the same dudes, and I guess it’s the precursor to the Postal Service album.
Another great song, this is “The District Sleeps Alone Tonight”.
Finally, here is “Such Great Heights”.

You need to check out the Postal Service EPs, “Such Great Heights”, “We Will Become Silhouettes”, “The District Sleeps Alone Tonight”, and there is also a B-sides album that is awesome.
Need more music by them ; ;
I have all that!
Its been five years since Give Up….
I know they just did that album as a special collaboration or whatnot, but it was TOO GOOD to not do another, in my opinion.
I just want my Postal Service playlist to not have as many remixes of one song
