Besides being a huge fan of SHIN MEGAMI TENSEI, I am also a huge fan of FINAL FANTASY. I played the first one on the Nintendo Entertainment system, and the last one on Playstation 2. They were not released in order in America, but have all been released here over time. Even though I have not played each title in it’s original format, I have played each episode in it’s english incarnation. My favorites are VI, IX & XII, my most favorite being the online version FFXI. I lived in that world for five years as a career white mage, reaching the level cap of 75. This is my tribute to the game I love the most, but I would never recommend to anyone due to the amount of time required to truly enjoy it, Final Fantasy Online. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about my time spent in Vana’diel. My character’s name was Cesswyn and I played on the Cerberus server, fyi.

P.S. I am well aware that the majority of the world thinks WOW is better the FFXI. However, this is not a top 10 list, so comparisons are irrelevant and yes, I have played WOW so I am familiar with it. I didn’t cap out, but I got a paladin and a priest to 40-something. It may be hard for you to accept this, but try real hard: There are some people who do NOT think World of Warcraft is better. I liked the wider variety of outfits, but that was about it. Please do not tell me your thoughts on WOW. I really really really really really do not care. Any posts on WOWxFFXI will be deleted. Any email on the subject will force me to delete your mother. I don’t dislike WoW, I just don’t think it is one of the greatest games of all time. If you do, tell the world about it on your own blog, prz!
